Dry Needling

Dry needling is a therapeutic technique used to help relieve both acute and chronic pain while promoting recovery from injuries. Dry needling targets muscle trigger points directly to address pain and dysfunction at the source.

Graston/IASTM

The Graston Technique is a specialized form of soft tissue mobilization that uses specially designed instruments to help identify and treat fascial restrictions, scar tissue, and muscle or tendon dysfunction.

Laser Therapy

Laser therapy is a non-invasive technique to help reduce pain and inflammation. Lasers flood the tissue with photons, which energizes cells resulting in increased circulation to the injured area and ultimately pain reduction. Laser therapy can be safely used as an adjunct or replacement for pharmaceutical drugs.

Kinesiology Taping

Kinesiology taping is a therapeutic technique that uses flexible, elastic tape to support muscles and joints without restricting movement. It can help reduce pain and swelling, improve circulation, enhance muscle function, and provide additional support during activity and recovery.

Gait and Balance Training

Gait and balance training is designed to help patients improve their walking pattern, stability, and overall mobility. Through targeted exercises and therapeutic techniques, physical therapists work to enhance strength, coordination, posture, and balance while reducing the risk of falls.
